GUYS. im back in business!! im finally gonna start working out and getting my shit together again!! any advice or motivations?
i will be swimming tomorrow morning. and hopefully trying to count calories all day!! banana for breakfast, salad for lunch, something light for din din!! woo.. hope this really kick starts something great. id be done to get some advice guys?
